Andrew's yard staff are all dedicated racing professionals with many years experience in racing. They provide excellent care to all of their horses and ensure that horse welfare is always paramount.
They currently have nearly 80 horses in training. In the short period of time since moving to Conkwell, the horses have produced 60 winners and countless places.
One of the horses demonstrating Andrew's abilities as a trainer, is Mafaheem. He has won 5 races since he joined the yard in January 2008. His previous trainer had told the owners that there was no more that could be done with the horse, as he had "bad legs".
Heir to be has been a very consistent jumper for the yard this year. He has so far won 5 of his 8 races this year.
Generous Lad, was struggling with his form before coming to Andrew's yard. Since then he has gone on to win at Kempton and Lingfield. Out of 23 runs with Andrew, he has been in the first four placings 20 times!
Other horses to note include:
Seneschal - Consistent performer, who can be slightly quirky in-running. In the last year and a half, he has won 9 races for the team. This year alone he has had 3 wins from 8 runs.
Desperate Dan - Ultra consistent performer, who has won 10 races for us since Andrew claimed him from Jamie Osbourne's yard. This year he has won 5 and been placed 6 times from only 15 runs.
